HBO’s The Last of Us premiered tonight and I’m seeing a lot of people saying they enjoyed the episode and there were some that thought it was ok and looking forward to the next episode. If you played the video game, then I definitely recommend you give this a watch. If you watched the first episode, what did you think? Please note that the infected humans in The Last of Us aren’t like traditional zombies, as I’ve seen some confused about the show having zombies. HBO posted an inside look at episode 1 video on YouTube which you can watch below, but warning, it contains spoilers. HBO’s description of the series is:
The Last of Us takes place 20 years after modern civilization has been destroyed. Joel, a hardened survivor, is hired to smuggle Ellie, a 14-year-old girl, out of an oppressive quarantine zone. What starts as a small job soon becomes a brutal, heartbreaking journey, as they both must traverse the U.S. and depend on each other for survival.
